What this website collects

The consultation form asks for your name, email, phone number, preferred time, topic, and consent. When the enquiry service is configured, these details are sent to the Florente team’s configured enquiry service to respond to your request. If it is unavailable, the website tells you that the request was not sent.

Your use of the tools

Checklist choices, comparison entries, calculator inputs, and renewal dates are processed in the page. The website does not submit these tool inputs to the consultation service. Downloaded files stay on the device where you save them.

Policy review uploads

When policy review submissions are enabled, your policy bond, name, phone number, optional email, city, insurer and notes are sent to the configured Florente review service so the team can review your cover and contact you about your request. The website does not keep a separate local copy of your uploaded bond. Only upload a policy you are authorised to share. Do not include unrelated medical records, identity documents or bank documents.

Cookies and external services

This application does not include advertising or analytics trackers. The hosting provider may process standard request information. External WhatsApp or email links, when enabled, are subject to those services’ own privacy practices.

Your choices

You can leave the enquiry form without submitting it. Please avoid sending medical records, identity documents, or policy numbers through a general enquiry. Contact the team through the contact page for questions about data you have submitted.
